Kevin W. Windom, OB/GYN, MD, FACOG, FPMRS is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever as the President of OB-GYN Associates. Dr. Windom is an OBGYN/Urogynecologist and has been with OB-GYN Associates of Marietta since 1998. His specialty is in female pelvic floor reconstructive surgery, minimally invasive laparoscopic gynecologic surgery, robotic pelvic surgery, urinary incontinence management and surgery, uterine fibroids, and endometriosis. He has over 26 years of experience as a physician and has served as a national public speaker, published author, local and national surgical preceptor, and research & development consultant for a number of medical and surgical companies.
Dr. Windom graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry as a member of the biological honor society, Beta Beta Beta, and the pre-med honor society, Alpha Epsilon Delta. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, completed an internship at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, and completed a second internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Windom remained at St. Joseph Hospital to complete a four-year residency program in obstetrics & gynecology. He is double board-certified in both female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery and obstetrics & gynecology.
Dr. Windom is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. To further his professional development, Dr. Windom holds membership in the American Urogynecological Society, the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, the State of Georgia OB-GYN Society and the Cobb County Medical Society. He is a member of the Peachtree Presbyterian Church and the Christian Medical & Dental Association.
He has been honored as an Atlanta Top Doctor (Castle-Connoly) and credits his mentor, Guillermo William Davila, MD. of the Cleveland Clinic for his successes in urogynecology.
Outside of work, Dr. Windom enjoys spending time with his wife and children, hunting, playing guitar, and mountain biking.

Natalie R. Needham, OB/GYN, MD, FACOG, FPMRS, is a highly skilled OB/GYN who enjoys providing compassionate care to women in every stage of life. She is the newest member of the OB-GYN Associates of Marietta team and treats patients at their offices in Marietta and Woodstock, Georgia.
Dr. Needham is a proud Louisiana native who graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She earned her medical degree from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia, and completed her OB/GYN residency at Mercy Hospital in Chicago. During her residency, she served as the chief resident, was awarded the Academic Achievement Award, the Resident Achievement in Laparoscopy Award, and earned the title “Special Resident in Minimally Invasive Gynecology-Robotics and Laparoscopy.”
Dr. Needham joined OB-GYN Associates of Marietta after seven years in Alabama, where she worked in private practice in Montgomery and taught as an Associate Professor at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham. She is enjoying practicing in her new home and bringing high-quality medical care and her empathetic bedside manner to the women of Georgia.
When she’s not working, Dr. Needham loves to chase around her five-year-old son, cook with her three stepdaughters, and explore new places with her husband.

Amie Burt is a seasoned aesthetic and medical professional with an impressive decade-long career in the world of injectables and over twenty years in the field of nursing. With an innate passion for artistry and a keen eye for facial harmony, she has become a sought-after figure in the industry. Her journey began under the tutelage of a prominent plastic surgeon in Atlanta, where she spent more than ten years honing her craft and mastering the intricacies of facial anatomy.
Amie’s fascination with the intersection of science and art led her to immerse herself in the field of aesthetic medicine. Over the course of her career, she has dedicated countless hours to advanced injector training, constantly staying at the forefront of the latest techniques and developments.
Amie is a firm believer in the power of a holistic approach to beauty. She understands that true rejuvenation is not achieved through isolated treatments, but by harmonizing all aspects of the face. Her full-face approach encapsulates this philosophy, allowing her to restore a youthful look by enhancing balance and symmetry. Whether it’s restoring volume to sunken cheeks, smoothing fine lines, or sculpting the perfect pout, Amie’s dedication to her craft has garnered her a loyal clientele, ranging from individuals seeking subtle enhancements to those desiring more dramatic transformations.
Outside of her thriving practice, Amie is passionate about her family, education and community. Amie’s journey from a dedicated learner under the mentorship of a plastic surgeon to a master injector in her own right is a testament to her unwavering dedication, passion, and unyielding pursuit of excellence in the field of aesthetic medicine.

Monica Keshwara is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in aesthetics and wellness. Originally from Memphis, TN, Monica launched her healthcare journey as a nurse in 2011, where her passion for patient care began to flourish.
In 2022, she took a bold step to advance her career by transitioning to the role of a physician assistant. Monica is highly regarded for her patient-centered approach, taking the time to understand each individual’s needs and tailor treatments that promote both confidence and satisfaction.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Monica is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys hiking, playing tennis, swimming, and spending quality time with friends. A passionate traveler, she delights in exploring new cultures and discovering the latest culinary hotspots in town.
With her unwavering dedication to improving the lives of her patients, Monica Keshwara continues to make a significant and positive impact in the field of aesthetics and wellness in Atlanta and beyond.

Elizabeth Kirkley is a board-certified nurse-midwife with a lifelong passion for caring for women at every stage of life. She began her nursing career later in life, prioritizing motherhood before pursuing her professional goals. In 1999, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University with a clear goal: to become a labor and delivery nurse. After several years in this role, Elizabeth realized she wanted to connect with her patients on a more profound level, leading her to pursue a career in midwifery. In 2007, she graduated with honors from Emory University, earning a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in midwifery, all while working full-time.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has primarily worked in private practice, providing comprehensive care for a wide range of gynecologic and obstetric patients. She has developed lasting relationships with her patients, many of whom she has supported through the births of all their children. Elizabeth finds joy in caring for women from adolescence to menopause, compassionately guiding them through each stage of life. As a dedicated mentor, she has also supported and trained countless midwifery and women’s health nurse practitioner students, giving back to the next generation of healthcare providers.

Angela Aiuto has been in the skin care industry for over 20 years. She started her career as a licensed nail technician and esthetician caring for clients along with their concerns and needs. About 10 years into her career, she switched paths to learn the administrative side of the industry. Working her way up from front desk, to management, Angela has been able to develop a skillset to understand both client satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of the business. Angela believes that transparency, active listening, and accountability are vital in the relationship she develops with not only clients, but staff as well. While maintaining her licenses, Angela is able to assist with any questions or concerns that may arise regarding treatments.
