Frequently Asked Questions

  •  That’s what we’re here for. During your consultation, we’ll assess your facial anatomy, listen to your concerns, and recommend the best treatment or combination of injectables to achieve your goals. Whether you need wrinkle relaxers, fillers, or both, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

  •  Not at Refined Women’s Wellness. Our master injector, Amie Burt, uses a conservative, full-face approach to enhance your natural beauty without overcorrecting. The goal is always subtle, balanced, and age-appropriate results.

  •  It depends on the product and the area treated. Neurotoxins like Botox typically last 3–4 months, while Daxxify may last up to 6 months. Dermal fillers can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the formula and placement.

  •  Most clients say they feel a quick pinch at most. We use fine needles and can apply topical numbing cream when needed to keep you comfortable. Many treatments take less than 15 minutes.

  • There may be some light swelling, redness, or small bruises at the injection site, but most women return to daily activities immediately. We’ll provide aftercare instructions to help you heal beautifully.

  • All three are wrinkle relaxers (neurotoxins) that soften dynamic lines, but they vary slightly in formulation and duration. Xeomin is more purified, while Daxxify lasts longer. We’ll help you choose the one best suited to your goals and lifestyle.
