Refined Women’s Wellness Booking Policy
To continue providing the highest level of care and service, Refined Women’s Wellness will be implementing the following policy updates:
Credit Card on File: A valid credit card will be required to keep on file for all patients.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge.
New & Repeated Cancellations: A $50 deposit will be required to schedule treatments for new clients and for clients who have multiple prior cancellations. This deposit will be applied toward your service at the time of your appointment.
